Shhhhhh! Secret Recipe for Pumpkin Pie!

2 cups Pumpkin (Steamed and mashed)
1 egg
1 tspn Cinnamon
1 tspn Nutmeg
pinch salt
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 brown sugar

Mix the lot together
Pour into a pre-prepared pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set.

Enjoy warm or cold with whipped cream.
